Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of tatkbet shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts, and you agree to submit to that jurisdiction for the resolution of any such dispute.

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of tatkbet is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of your account:

Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information provided during registration, and any subsequent updates to your account profile, is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. tatkbet relies on this information to administer your account, process transactions, and meet its obligations under applicable Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. Any deliberate provision of false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure with forfeiture of any outstanding balance.

One Account Rule

Each individual player is permitted to register and operate exactly one tatkbet account. Registering or operating more than one account — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, tatkbet reserves the right to:

• Close all duplicate accounts without notice.
• Void all bets, bonus claims, and winnings across those accounts.

Account Security

You are wholly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tatkbet Login credentials — your username and password. You must not share your Login details with any third party under any circumstances. tatkbet will never contact you via any channel to request your password. Any activity conducted under your account credentials is deemed to be authorised by you and you bear full liability for all such activity. You agree to notify tatkbet support immediately at support@tatkbet if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

Account Updates

You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. If your mobile number, email address, or payment method details change, you must update your account profile promptly. Failure to maintain current contact information may result in delays to support responses, deposit credits, and withdrawal processing.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

tatkbet supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). tatkbet does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment service provider may apply their own transaction charges independently.

Deposit Conditions

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 per transaction.
• All deposit funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and any such funds received will be returned to the source and the relevant account suspended.
• bKash and Nagad deposits are typically credited to your tatkbet account balance within 30 seconds of a confirmed mobile wallet transfer during normal operating hours.
• Visa and Mastercard deposits may take up to 15 minutes to be reflected in your account balance depending on your card issuer's processing time.
• tatkbet reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any deposit it deems unusual, including source-of-funds declarations, in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit on your account (same-source rule).
• Identity verification (KYC) must be successfully completed before tatkbet processes any withdrawal request. Accounts with pending KYC verification will have withdrawals placed on hold until the process is finalised.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 24 hours on business days. Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically completed faster than card withdrawals.
• Any balance attributable to active bonuses that have not yet satisfied their wagering requirements is not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements have been fully met.

05 Bonus & Promotions Policy

tatkbet offers deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, cashback rewards, and seasonal promotions to eligible registered players. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, which are published in full in English at the time of the offer. In the event of a conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall take precedence solely for the subject matter of that promotion.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to registered players who have completed the account registration process and, where required, initial identity verification.
• Each promotion specifies which player segments are eligible (e.g., new players only, existing players, players who have made a qualifying deposit within a defined period).
• All bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino table games, sports outrights, and other product types may contribute at a lower rate as specified per promotion.
• Bonus offers have defined validity periods. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not been wagered within the validity period will be forfeited automatically without notice.
• Maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings may be capped at a stated amount per promotion. Any winnings in excess of that cap will be removed from the account upon withdrawal request.
• tatkbet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a player has already claimed the relevant bonus, the Company will honour the remaining wagering requirements under the terms active at the time of the claim.

Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to claiming the same welcome offer across multiple accounts, placing low-risk hedged bets to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, or systematically exploiting bonus terms in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play — is strictly prohibited. tatkbet may void bonus funds and any associated winnings, and suspend the relevant account, where bonus abuse is identified. Determinations of bonus abuse are made at the sole discretion of tatkbet's compliance team.

06 Betting & Casino Rules

All bets placed on tatkbet's sportsbook — including cricket outrights, BPL match betting, IPL markets, T20 World Cup ante-post wagers, and any other sporting market — and all casino game activity including slots, live dealer tables, and crash games are subject to the following general rules in addition to any product-specific rules applicable to the individual game or market.

Sportsbook Betting Rules

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. tatkbet is not obligated to honour bets placed at clearly erroneous odds resulting from a system fault or pricing error.
• Outright bets (tournament winner markets, e.g., BPL winner, IPL champion) are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body — Cricket Board, ICC, BCCI, or BCB as applicable.
• In the event of an event cancellation or abandonment, bets will be settled according to the applicable sport rules as defined in the sportsbook rules section of the tatkbet platform.
• tatkbet reserves the right to void any bet where it suspects the outcome has been manipulated, where information unavailable to other market participants was used to place the bet, or where the bet was placed in breach of these Terms.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and are displayed at the time of bet placement. tatkbet may apply individual account betting limits at its discretion.

Casino & Game Rules

• All casino games available on tatkbet are supplied by certified third-party game providers — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — and are subject to the rules set by each respective provider.
• The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each slot game is published by the game provider and is available within the individual game information panel.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino hand or casino game round, the outcome will be determined by the game server record, which is the authoritative record of all game events. tatkbet is not liable for losses incurred due to internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Use of any software tool, algorithm, artificial intelligence, or automated system to interact with tatkbet casino games or the sportsbook is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure with forfeiture of balance.

07 Account Closure & Suspension

Voluntary Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your tatkbet account at any time by contacting support@tatkbet with your account details and a clear statement of your intention to close the account. Before closing the account, tatkbet will process any verified withdrawal of your real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonuses that have not met their wagering requirements). Account closure requests are typically processed within 5 business days.

Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that gambling is becoming a problem may request a self-exclusion period through the responsible gaming tools available in their account dashboard, or by contacting support@tatkbet. Self-exclusion options range from 6 months to permanent closure. During a self-exclusion period, the account is suspended and no deposits, wagers, or Login sessions are possible. Suspension or Closure by tatkbet

tatkbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Failure to satisfy age or identity verification requirements.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of platform promotions.
• Conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harmful to tatkbet staff or other players.
• Identification of duplicate accounts belonging to the same individual.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from a competent authority.

Where an account is suspended or closed by tatkbet due to a suspected breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account will be frozen pending the outcome of the investigation. If the investigation confirms a material breach, tatkbet may forfeit the balance in part or in full. If the investigation finds no breach, the verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via the registered payment method.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on tatkbet — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, software code, database structure, game interfaces, odds data, and any other materials published on the platform — is the exclusive property of tatkbet or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use tatkbet solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational betting and gaming activity. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from tatkbet without prior written consent.
• Use any content from tatkbet for commercial purposes or in connection with any other website, application, or service.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any software forming part of the tatkbet platform.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from tatkbet using automated tools, crawlers, or scripts.
• Frame or mirror any part of tatkbet on any other website or application.

Any unauthorised use of tatkbet's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal proceedings. tatkbet reserves all rights not expressly granted under this licence.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tatkbet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform, including any loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. tatkbet's aggregate liability to you for any cause of action shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to your tatkbet account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
